Preparation

We will evaluate and make recommendation on making your property ready to show. Discuss plans to show and market your property

Listing Your Home

We will review all listing document including the Seller's disclosures. We will schedule an appropate time to take photos of the property. List your property in the MLS. Prepare a seller's closing cost sheet.

Closing

Closing is our ultimate goal. Once prices and terms are agreed upon, we will instruct our local Title company to prepare to close the transaction. We will review all the steps involved to get you to a successful closing.
